STATE OF INFRASTRUCTURE IN STATE

Sports minister Govind Gaude today, took a review of sports complexes across Vasco. In his his review visits Govind observed various short coming and lack of facilities at other places. However, he assured locals that repairs would be done.

 Govind during his review, visited various sport centres in Vasco. During his visits, Gaude found many places in a dilapidated state while some required much needed upgrades. Accompanied by Local MLA Krishna Daji Salkar during the review, Govind assured locals of repairs and upgradations as soon as possible. Watch.

While speaking to the media, Govind in reply to requests by locals to open the Tilak ground to the general public, said that doing so would lead to damage of ground, citing that drinking and illegal activities would take places as it already observed at other places. He said instead suggested that people who want to use the ground can do so through the proper channel by taking permission from the ground authorities. Listen
