Public safety test of Mandovi bridge on Thu

The third Mandovi bridge would have a safety test, in public and in front of the media.

That too, not on 12th but by Thursday. And all the work would be complete by 10th of January. 

The new Mandovi bridge is complete on Porvorim side.

But not on Panaji side. It has three access roads on the other side.

One connecting Ponda by-basxs, second connecting Panaji and third at the Mershe circle to proceed to Madgao. They are incomplete. Also the electric work.

But the work is going on war footing. Engineers and staff of L&T are working in three shifts to complete this bridge by 10th January.

The asphalting work and painting the barricades is in full swing.
