New bus stand at Bicholim to cost 21 cr: Patnekar

Bicholim will finally get a new stand. The local MLA who is also the Speaker, Rajesh Patnekar said that the work would finally start on within a month.
To go to Valpoi, Mapusa buses have to pass through Bicholim. This bus stand has not been repaired for many years. The parking area is full of potholes.
Patnekar said that 21 crore rupees had been sanctioned for the bus stand. The first phase will be around 5 crore rupees.
