Navelim locals demand subway to be made usable

They have demanded that the subway should be made operational immediately.

Monsoon has just arrived in the state. But Navelim subway seems to be flooded already.

As there is heavy traffic flow on the highway it becomes difficult for locals and especially students to cross.

Local MLA Luizinho Faleiro has accused the concerned authorities of not taking action to make the subway functional.
