MMC finally resolves the long pending issue of Vasco Fish market

GSUDA now plans to develop the fish market into two floors.

Initially there was opposition by fisherwomen but later on, they agreed to the proposal. 

MMC Chairperson Kritesh Gaonkar along with councilors and GSUDA members visited the fish vendor in the market to clear the confusion over development plans of new market complex.

GSUDA officials gave fish vendors a copy of the plan to clear the air over the project.

Councilor Saifullah Khan said that this was a long pending issue.
