NH17 will not be closed before new Mandovi bridge is opened

 No decision will be taken on closing of the National Highway before the new Mandovi bridge is inaugurated. On the mining issue, the cabinet resolved to sort out the issue as per the law.

Also the Assembly session will be held on the 29th  of January.

The cabinet was convened at the chief minsters residence on Thursday evening.

The cabinet also decided that all hurdles for job recruitment to be cleared by 10th of January with powers to be given to departments to recruit staff.
