BMC denies Teli allegations; says resignation won’t affect council

The Bharatiya Janata Party on Tuesday dismissed the allegations made by the ex-councillor Kamlakar Teli on Monday



Countering his allegations, the Bicholim Municipal Council said that there was uniform development going on in all the wards.

Bicholim MLA Rajesh Patnekar too came out to oppose the ex-councillor accusations said that there is development going on even in Teli’s ward and the allegations made by him are false. 


He said that the party will not be affected in any way by his resignation.


The BMC Chairman, Satish Gaonkar also denied Teli's allegations and said that they are trying to do development in all wards including those represented by opposition councillors.
