The historic Namazgah of Bicholim called Nimujgo by locals is suffering from lack of attention by government, and archaeology department.

History says that Chatrapati Shambhaji maharaj built this Namazgah in the year 1683 for Aurangzeb's son Muhammad Akbar.

But now it's surrounded by mines. There is no proper way to the fort. And there are no visitors to this fort.

This Namazgah is situated on a hillock at Pajwada in Bicholim around 2 kms away from human habitat.

The archaeology department has categorized this monument as one of historical importance. But there is no proper road towards this monument and no one is aware about its history.
