1.5 crore sq mts orchard land illegally sub divided in state: TCP Minister

TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai said the detailed study by TCP department has revealed that around 1.5 crore square metres of orchard land has been illegally sub-divided in the state.
He said the TCP department will give till 26th of January 2019 for the plot owners to approach the TCP department to regularise their plots.
The TCP Minister said there are altogether 300 such cases and the department will send them notices.
Vijai said he wants to have planned development in the state. Hence he would take action against the illegalities.
