We will go for review writ petition in SC on mining: CM

The chief minister Pramod Sawant told the house that the government would file a review writ permission against the Supreme Court order banning mining after the second renewal decision of the state government.



 He also said that if the present lease holders were allowed to start mining operations, then they had to take all the sacked workers back on a permanent basis. And if they did not then the government would not cooperate with them. Also the government would ensure a payment of at least 5000 rupees to all sacked workers,he promised. 

 The chief minister said that they would star e auctions by August end. And transportation and export could start as early as October. He also promises that the dump issue would be sorted out by October 

  The chief minister also said that he would scrutinise all the welfare schemes to weed out all those who are taking schemes without being eligible for the same.
