Shobha Kamat declared Navhind Times hef of the Year

The Navhind Times in association  with  IHCL organised cooking competition at  Taj Exotica in Benaulim. 

There were hundreds of entries for the competition that  was held in four categories of  cuisine, namely Goan, Portuguese, Goan Saraswat and Goan Muslim. The competition was  open for women of age 18 and  above.
