Michael hits back, says Agnelo wanted re-zoning

He said Congress Spokesperson Agnelo Fernandes was the first person to apply for increasing the FAR of his property in Candolim.

Congress spokesperson and former Calangute MLA Agnelo Fernandes had recently criticized Michael for forcing PDAs on people.

NGPDA chairman Michel Lobo said Agnelo was the first to take advantage of government offer. 

Michael alleged that people sitting with Agnelo at the press conference have been themselves accused of illegalities.
