Betalbatim panchayat finally uses jubilee funds to extend the building

 The panchayat was being asked to return the funds by Panchayat minister and Panchayat director as they were not used, he said.

But now that issue has been settled as the finds have been used to extend the panchayat ghar.

  Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’ Sa laid the foundation stone for the extension work of Betalbatim panchayat ghar.

The first floor of the panachayat building would be extended by utilising golden jubilee funds. Wilfred and Fr. Pascaol Afonso unveiled the plaque.
