RG alleges irregularity in postal ballot

Revolutionary Goan members sounded alarm over a postal ballot box that was allegedly broken open by authorities today. The box kept in the returning officer’s office was found with a broken seal by party members, who were quick to provide photographic evidence of the crime when asked.

However, officials say that the box was empty and did not have any postal ballots. But RG members are not satisfied. Who is to say that the same thing hasn’t been done in all 40 constituencies and what is the surety that EVM’s weren’t hacked, party members demanded to know.
