Recovery rate from covid-19 higher in 24 states including Goa

The graph of coronavirus cases in India is steadily rising. The single day coronavirus cases, which had slowed earlier, have once again gained a rapid pace. In last 24 hours more than 78,000 cases were reported and 971 succumbed to virus. However, the recovery rate is higher than the new cases in 24 states including Goa. Positivity rate in India is 8.3% that means out of 100 tests 8 people test positive.



A single day jump of 78,524 covid-19 cases were reported in India. In last 24 hours 971 deaths were reported and 83,011 patients have recovered.

India has reported 68,35,655 covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have crossed 9.02 lakh mark. 1,05,526 deaths are reported and 58,27,704 patients have recovered.

Here are five worst hit coronavirus states. Maharashtra is leading with 14.80 lakh mark of covid-19 cases followed by Andhra Pradesh 7.34 lakh, Karnataka 6.68 lakh, Tamil Nadu 6.35 lakh and UP 4.24 lakh.

More than 3 lakh cases were reported worldwide in single day. The global cases have reached 3.64 crore, 10.60 lakh deaths are reported and 2.74 crore have recovered.

Here are the five worst hit coronavirus nations. United States is leading with more than 73.80 lakh cases followed by 2nd worst hit nation India 68.35 lakh cases, Brazil 50.02 lakh cases, Russia 12.48 Lakh cases and Colombia with 8.77 lakh cases.
