No night curfew on Dec 31st, Dec 1st: CM

There will be no night curfew on 31st December and 1st January, Chief Minister Pramod Sawant said. Those partying on new year's eve, especially tourists should strictly follow government's SOP, the Chief Minister said.

No night curfew has been imposed in Goa like the other states. People, businessmen, party spots should ensure the government's SOPs are strictly followed. Be it tourists or locals. Use of masks, sanitisers and social distancing is 

Spoke to the Hon’ble CM on imposing night curfew in the state on lines of the state of Delhi & Karnataka. The file is already in process, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane had tweeted triggering the  confusion even as Goans watch with trepidation hordes of outside registered vehicles and hordes of tourists descending on the state. He also admitted that the Centre had written to the states to maintain all protocols wwhile the year ender events took place.
