India sees rise in covid-19 cases after two days decline

The coronavirus curve in India is not flattening. The number of single day cases rose up on once again on Wednesday after the nation saw decline in last two days.



The death toll has also risen.


In last 24hrs more than 900 deaths were reported. On Monday, the single day deaths were 884.


A single day jump of 72,049 covid-19 cases were reported in India. In last 24 hours 986 deaths were reported and 81,787 patients have recovered. 


India has reported 67,57,132 covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have crossed 9.07 lakh mark.


1,04,555 deaths are reported and 57,44,693 patients have recovered. 


Maharashtra is leading with 14.65 lakh mark of covid-19 cases followed by Andhra Pradesh 7.28 lakh, Karnataka 6.55 lakh, Tamil Nadu 6.32 lakh and UP 4.22 lakh.


More than 3 lakh cases were reported worldwide in single day. The global cases have reached 3.60 crore, 10.54 lakh deaths are reported and 2.71 crore have recovered.


United States is leading with more than 73.41 lakh cases followed by 2nd worst hit nation India 67.57 lakh cases, Brazil 49.70 lakh cases, Russia 12.37 Lakh cases and Colombia with 8.69 lakh cases.
