India reports 18,372 covid-19 cases, lowest since July

A single day jump of 18,732 covid-19 cases were reported in India.

In the last 24 hours 279 deaths were reported and 21,430 patients have recovered.

India has reported 1,01,87,850 covid-19 positive cases till date. 1,47,622 deaths are reported and 97,61,538 patients have recovered.

Active cases stands at 2.78 lakhs.

Maharashtra is leading with 19.16 lakh mark of covid-19 cases followed by Karnataka 9.15 lakh, Andhra Pradesh 08.80 lakh, Tamil Nadu 8.13 lakh and Kerela 07.35 lakh.

More than 4 lakh cases were reported worldwide in single day. The global cases have reached 8 crore, 17.66 lakh deaths are reported and 5.69 crore have recovered.

United States is leading with more than 1.86 crore cases followed by 2^nd worst hit nation India 1.01 crore cases, Brazil 74.48 lakh cases, Russia 30.21 lakh cases and France with 25.05 lakh cases.
