High Court allows fully vaccinated persons to enter Goa

High Court today permitted the government to allow fully vaccinated persons to enter Goa without covid negative certificate.
Presently only Goans were permitted to enter the state without covid negative certificate.
In July this the government had moved an application before the Court seeking directions to permit fully vaccinated with both covid vaccine doses persons to enter the state in the absence of a COVID-19 negative certificate.
