The chief minister was speaking at the function organised in Panaji on Friday to launch home isolation monitoring kit.

Present on the occasion were Health Minister Vishwajit Rane, Director of Health Jose D'Sa, Dean of Goa Medical College Dr Shivanand Bandekar and others.
