Coronavirus cases in India reach 72.39 lakhs

The coronavirus cases in India has reached 72.39 lakhs after recording more than 63,000 cases in last 24 hrs. Out of which 8.26 lakhs cases are active. The death toll has surged beyond 1.10 lakhs and more than 63 lakhs have recovered.

A single day jump of 63,509 covid-19 cases were reported in India. In last 24 hours 730 deaths were reported and 74,632 patients have recovered.

 India has reported 72,39,389 covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have stands at  8.26 lakh mark. 1,10,586 deaths are reported and 63,01,927 patients have recovered.

Here are five worst hit coronavirus states. Maharashtra is leading with 15.43 lakh mark of covid-19 cases followed by Andhra Pradesh 7.63 lakh, Karnataka 07.26 lakh, Tamil Nadu 6.65 lakh and UP 4.42 lakh.

More than 3 lakh cases were reported worldwide in single day. The global cases have reached 3.83 crore, 10.90 lakh deaths are reported and 2.88 crore have recovered.
