Coronavirus cases in India cross 70 lakh mark

India has crossed 70 lakh mark of coronvirus cases after recording more than 74,000 cases in last 24 hours. India also reporting more than 900 deaths due to covid-19 for consecutive 6th day in a row.

A single day jump of 74,383 covid-19 cases were reported in India. In last 24 hours 918 deaths were reported and 89,154 patients have recovered.

 India has reported 70,53,806 covid-19 positive cases till date. And the active cases have crossed 8.67 lakh mark. 1,08,337 deaths are reported and 60,77,976 patients have recovered.

Here are five worst hit coronavirus states. Maharashtra is leading with 15.17 lakh mark of covid-19 cases followed by Andhra Pradesh 7.50 lakh, Karnataka 07 lakh, Tamil Nadu 6.51 lakh and UP 4.33 lakh.
