State to host President Ram Nath Kovind as Chief Guest of 60th Goa Liberation celebrations

The State will host the President Ram Nath Kovind as the chief guest of the inaugural function on 19^th December.

The Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant gave details of the days programme as well as some glimpses and the reason for the years programme.
