Carnival will be held along traditional route

After initial hickup, the carnival committee and Panaji MLA have had their way. Carnival this year will be conducted along the old route. As this is convenient to public and beneficial to businesses.

The float parade will start from Divja Circle and  will go on up to Kala Akademi. This has been the traditional route, except for one year when the carnival was held from Miramar  till Dona Paula circle.
