Vijai’s ‘scum’ remark in bad taste: Tourism industry

Travel & Tourism Association of Goa President Savio Messias has disagreed with TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai for calling section of Indian tourists 'scum'. He says the remark is in bad taste.

However, he supports the view of some low-income Indian tourists creating nuisance and wants the violators being punished under the law. 

AICC Secretary says such choice of words show high-handedness and arrogance of the minister. While Shiv Sena has criticized the minister for targetting domestic tourists.
