'Business Advisory Comm to meet on Monday to decide whether to curtail Assembly Session due to CM's ill-health' says Dy Speaker Michael Lobo.
Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar may not present the budget as Doctors advise him not to attend the session. In that case, the Government will decide who'll present the budget.
