SC order on Mining flouted, Truckers operate in full swing

Despite the Supreme Court’s order to ban the mining activities in Goa, there is an open violation of Apex Court’s orders in parts of the state.
Infact, it is learnt that speed of excavation and trucks ferrying the ore have doubled on the roads.
Truckers claim they are clueless of Supreme Court's order and are only following what they have been asked to do.
Is India’s top court’s ruling been misinterpreted or there’s a deliberate violation.
