Though MET department has continuously been maintaining that cyclone Ockhi would not affect Goa but these visuals will show you the real impact that the Goa coastline faced.
Over 500 fishermen are currently stranded at Vasco bay.
The strong winds and gushing waves came as rude shock to over 500 odd Indian fishing vessels from Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu and mostly from Gujarat.
