Sessions Court on Friday dismissed the plea of activist Aires Rodrigues on alleged corruption case against Town & Country Planning Minister Vijai Sardesai. Aires will now approach the High Court next week.

Aires Rodrigues had filed the first ever complaint at Fatorda Police Station against TCP Minister Vijai Sardesai immediately after the inauguration of Police Station.

The court on Friday dismissed the plea in absence of sanction of the Government for registering FIR against Vijai.

Aires says he will now move to the Bombay High Court seeking intervention of the Court in this matter.

Minister Vijai on the other hand tweeted saying this type of publicity stunts or fake activism won’t stop him from taking Goa Forward.
