Mediation is also possible in commercial contracts. This was the advice given to budding lawyers by chief guest Cyril Shroff at Lex infinitum inauguration on Thursday.
The third edition of Lex infinitum 2018 was inaugurated at VM Salgaocar College of Law in Panaji. The international dispute resolution competition 2018 is being jointly organised by VM Salgaocar College of Law and World Mediation Organisation.
Managing Partner of Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas Advocate and Solicitors Cyril Shroff was the chief guest and addressed the gathering.
