Shivaji Jayanti celebrated across state

Shivaji Jayanti was celebrated across the state. On this occasion, Health minister Vishwajit Rane unveiled 12 feet tall statue of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj in his constituency Valpoi.
Speaking at the event, Vishwajit emphasized on qualities of great warrior Shivaji and reminded the audience about his leadership and ability of good governance.
He also spoke on the maintenance of the newly built statue in the area and other developmental work in Valpoi.
While
in Murgao, the Yuva morcha along with Ksatriya Maratha
Samaj celebrated Shivaji jayanti at Mormugao fort.
