Pedestrian killed while crossing at Sirlim

Locals have threatened that if the government does put up dividers and speed breakers  they would block the National Highway 17.

 A Velim local Nazareth Coutinho, was killed while crossing the road at Sirlim.

Locals said that they would block the highway if speed breakers, dividers not put up.

Nazareth was crossing he road when he was crushed to death under the wheels of a Indica car.

Some locals blamed the Government for not taking care of the roads and taking care of commuters and pedestrians safety.
