KTC bus stand fire impact is very severe, assessment of losses still on

  The owners of the supermarket have been issued a show cause notice by the authorities.

 This tragedy had occurred in the early hours on Monday. This was the second time in last 3 months of such an incident in this particular supermarket on the Bus stand complex.

The after-effects of the fire are critically bad. The premises have been reduced to ashes. The administrative office of the Assistant Director of Transport also has suffered heavy damage.

The cleaning and repair cum restoration was in progress at the office.
