Give 100% compensation to Canacona flood victims

Goa Pradesh Congress Committee President Shantaram Naik and Curtorim MLA Reginaldo Lourenco said that they the government should give 100 per cent compensation through Disaster Management Authority by amalgamating different funds.

The GPCC President was accompanied by Canacona MLA, Isidor Fernandes ,South GOA District Congress Committee President -elect  Deputy Sarpanch , Khotigaon Ms  Bhavica Desai and others.

Naik said that since incidents of such disaster are limited in the State, the State Government should also give funds from its own coffers in addition to the funds that may be recommended by Disaster Management Authority.
