Gera crane crashes, killing the operator, in Panaji

The crash was so forceful, that even the operator on the crane got buried in the ground.

  The incident occurred on late Thursday evening at the construction site of Gera at Patto Plaza near Sanskruti Bhavan.

The crane handle came down suddenly and got buried in the mud along with the operator’s cabin. Rescue operation was going on till the news went on air.
