30 Sep 2017 05:58 PM

The government will resolve the timing problems of charter flights at Dabolim airport, the Tourism Minister Babu Ajgaokar said on Friday.

Also, the Tourism department says that charter may cross the 1000 mark.

The flights are expected from Russia, UK and other European countries.

Ironically, the tourism minister refused to speak to Goa 365 on camera but preferred to send a written communication instead.

The chief minister had recently sent a communiqué to all elected representatives cautioning them about meeting or speaking to the media recently.

Meanwhile, the first charter flight   for the season 2017-18 with 500 passengers from Russia is scheduled to land at the Goa airport on Sunday morning.
