No negotiation on speed governors, helmets, it is the law: CM

Speed governors are here to stay, helmet usage will be enforced and taxi issues will be taken up immediately, the Chief Minister, Manohar Parrikar said on Wednesday.
Taxi unions have been protesting the use of speed governors in their vehicles. The unions have also been protesting the entry of app based taxi companies like Ola or Uber or even the initiative of the government to start an app based taxi corporation.
