The High Court has given the ill-fated Lucky 7 vessel time till October 9 for it to be towed away.

The court directed that it be towed away from Miramar beach between 5-9th October and be taken to Verem, anchored there where an underwater survey be done.

The survey  has to be conducted  to assess the damage to the stricken shop that has been grounded on Miramar beach for more than 2 months.

The Captain of Ports had told reporters that the ship would be shifted to the dry docks in Ratnagiri.  The previous court deadline ended on Wednesday.
