Calangute parish rally for clean tourism on World Tourism Day

Calangute parishioners led by their parish Priest church took out a rally in support of clean tourism.



The parish priest expressed a desire that tourism in Calangute should be free from drugs and prostitution.

One hundred fifty resident took part in the rally. they shouted slogans such as “No to drugs and prostitution.

”  The rally started from the Calangute church went up to Bandodkar Statue at the beach.

Parish priest Fr Cipriano D’Silva, Calangute Sarpanch Anthony Menezes, Calangute MLA Michael Lobo and  ZP member took part in rally.
