FIFA U17 Goa city logo unveiled

Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar along with Sports Minister Babu Azgaonkar along with other FIFA tournament dignitaries unveiled the FIFA U17 host city logo on Friday.



CM says that FIFA is a platform for young goan players to play for the national team and take India to the top 10 FIFA team categories. FIFA U17 tournament will commence in October.

First time in history the Indian National anthem will be sung at the FIFA Tournament.

The logo and emblem was unveiled by Chief Minister in the presence of Sports Minister Babu Azgaonkar, Venue director Goa Srinivas Dempo, Tournament Director Javier Ceppi, Sports Executive Director V.M Prabhudessai and other officials.

This host city logo depicts Goan culture and also the national flag.
