Dempo Sports Club reaches AWES finals, defeats FC Pune 1-0

The finals will be played on Sunday.

This was the first semis of this tournament.

It was a do or die situation for both the teams Dempo Sports Club and FC Pune city.

Dempo midfielder Nestor Dias gave his team the lead in the very first half of the match.

FC Pune tried hard to equalize but failed.

Dempo’s won the hearts of the packed stadium at the Duler Stadium by its spirited display.

The second semi finals of the 1^st AWES cup Tournament match will be played on Friday at Duler stadium between Salgaonkar FC and Gokulam FC
