Velim locals unhappy with Electricity Dept

They say whenever they call up the office to register their complaints of power failure no one takes the call. 

Velim locals say the overhead electricity wires have become weak as they are more than 50 years old.

Whenever something falls on the wires,  they snap plunging the locals into darkness.
