Awareness program held on legal services to senior citizens

Chief Guest of this event, registrar of Bombay high court Goa, S.C. Chandak said that senior citizens should get their rights and benefits which they are entitled by government.  

This event was held to create awareness about the rights and facilities meant for senior citizens.

Secretary of District Legal services authority North Goa, Shabnam Sheikh stated that their organization provides free legal aid to those senior citizens with poor financial status.

They also keep check whether the facilities and schemes meant for senior citizens are properly benefitting them or not.
