It’s a totally wrong information that one Narkasur fell down in Ponda and 10 people got injured. Yes, the Narkasur did fall down. But nobody was injured and no such tragedy occurred.
It was a Narkasur competition held at Voilo Bazar in Ponda city on Tuesday night. You can see this Narkasur dancing and suddenly it falls.
This video went viral on social media with a news that 10 people got injured. Our reporter Krishna Naik managed to meet social activist Pramod Sawant, who was eye witness to the incident.
Even he is surprised that it went viral with a false news.
