Muslim Morcha in South Goa

Muslims of South Goa marched to the Collectorate opposing the central government move to replace Shariat Law with the Uniform Civil Code.
While the whole country is once again debating on the system of triple talaq, Muslim women said they fully support the system of oral divorce.
The morcha was part of the nationwide protest the Muslim community has started against the central government’s move to enact Uniform Civil Code for all the religions.Muslim men and women on Monday marched to the South Goa Collectorate against this move.
