Will the High Court disqualify Vishwajeet on Mon?

 The arguments on the disqualification petition filed by the Congress party and its 15 MLAs concluded on Thursday.

Vishwajeet Rane was elected from Valpoi on a Congress ticket.

However, soon after taking oath as the MLA, Junior Rane walked out of the Assembly before the trust vote and resigned.

He is thus being alleged of violating the whip issued for the confidence vote, based on which his disqualification is asked for.
