Tamhankar resigns from Shivsena because of MGP alliance

Sudip Tamhankar has resigned from Shivsena, as the Goa Rajya Pramukh as well as the primary membership. He says alliance of Shivsena with Dhawalikar brothers is the main reason.

Sudip Tamhankar had distanced himself from Shivsena the day Shivprasad Joshi was appointed as the joint state chief.

He had alleged that Joshi is MGP leader Sudin Dhawalikar’s man. Shivsena leader Sanjay Raut had then announced Joshi as the new state chief. But Tamhankar said he has resigned now after Shivsena joined hands with the Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party.
