Shivsna MP Sanjay Raut has dared Narendra Modi government to frame a National Policy on the issue of beef by consulting all the political parties of all the states.

He has also said that Shivsena would contest Panaji and Valpoi by-polls.

The Maharashtra MP was in Goa on Saturday to welcome former General Secretary of Goa Youth Congress GiteshKamat and his supporters into Shivsena. According to him, beef cannot be issue in Goa and eating habits cannot  be imposed on anybody.

Even after losing Goa’s Assembly election miserably, Shivsena doesn’t want to extend its national alliance with the BJP here. In fact the party is planning to contest Panaji and Valpoi by-elections.
