The Aam Aadmi Party has demanded that Chief Minister should surrender home ministry and face a probe in the CDM Smith bribery case.

The party also wants PWD minister Sudin Dhawalikar to on  be probed. They are approaching the Lokayukta on this scandal, which is like Louis Berger bribery case.

The alleged scam of CDM Smith bribery case had mentions of heavy kick backswoth 1.18 million US dollars paid to Indian PWD officials for national highway contracts during 2011 to 2015.

PWD Minister Sudin Dhavalikar on Wednesday had said he will initiate inquiry in the matter.

The Aam Aadmi Party has expressed surprise over how different yardsticks are applied to this case as against the infamous Louis Berger bribery case.

They have demanded that all chief ministers, PWD ministers, secretaries and officials holding offices during 2011 to 2015 should be treated as suspects in the CDM Smith bribery case.
