Parrikar has neglected basic issues of Panaji for last 23 years: Adv. Yatish Naik

According to Congress General Secretary, Adv. Yatish Naik Ponnjekars are eagerly waiting to change the guard from BJP to Congress in the by-polls.

Adv. Yatish Naik said CM Parrikar has neglected several issues in Panaji.

He said Panaji has remained without infrastructural development in last two decades.

He says people in Panaji are giving a good response to their campaign.
